TECHNIQUE

1. Do Salamba   Sarvangasana I
 2. Release the hands from back, bring the back over the head, rest the extended arms on floor on same side of vertical body as the head and maintain the balance.

All these various sarvangasana poses helps to increase flow of blood in all body parts and helps in elimination of toxin forming waste matter. It gives energy.
